BBC S&PP is a BBC-owned commercial company, providing facilities to make programmes and manage media. Very simply we operate studios - 'the boxes' - where TV programmes are made. We carry out post production, making sure the content 'comes together' in the right way. Our Digital Media Services also do quality checking and prepare and deliver content for transmission or distribution. Very often programmes have another life after broadcast and they also take material from deep in a broadcaster's archive and help re-purpose it for a future digital life. In short, BBC S&PP is involved in nearly all of the TV production process - following the entire lifecycle of the media asset, from creation to archive.

The history of Benfica TV (BTV) channel came to light from within the club itself. The project isowned by the Sport Lisboa e Benfica club (51% of the capital) and by the SAD (the remaining49%). After the constitution of Benfica TV as a legal body and the final decision on its managementmodel, Benfica TV starts broadcasting in 2008. It broadcasts live full matches, interviews with staff, players, and historic matches, as well as other sports.

The 2012 edition of the IBU Biathlon World Championships marks the fourth time that Ruhpolding has hosted the event, with previous editions in 1979, 1985 and 1996. The 2008 UEFA Champions League Final was a football match that took place on Wednesday, 21 May 2008. The match was played at the Luzhniki Stadium, in Moscow, Russia, to determine the winner of the 2007–08 UEFA Champions League. This was the first European Cup final staged in Russia, and hence the easternmost final in the tournament's history. The final was contested by Manchester United and Chelsea, making it an all-English club final for the first time in the history of the competition. The game was won by Manchester United 6–5 on penalties, after a 1–1 draw following extra time.

CAMPUS TV is the first digital HD TV channel in Honduras and Central America. They broadcast from Sula's Valley and their signal spreads across all national and international cable systems and via satellite. Their central studios are located in the new and modern University Tower 'Jorge Emilio Jaar'.

After receiving their first TriCaster TCXD850 demo unit, NewTek Specialist Dealer IDcromvideo SL made a real field test! The new TriCaster unit in HD/SD with 8 inputs and 22 channels was chosen to cover a series of events celebrated in XÁTIVA, Spain, at the occasion of the city’s annual fair known as the “Feria de Agosto de Xátiva”.
This series of events started with the opening of the fair and the show performed by the China National Acrobatic Troupe. Modosdever, the audiovisual company in charge of covering the event, used TriCaster TCXD850 to power and feed the venue’s two giant screens as well as to stream the event live on the web.

Antena 3, the Spanish TV channel, is revolutionising newcasting with its brand new studio and original broadcasting style. The new set for the Antena 3 Noticias news programme, in preparation since the summer, debuted on January 10th with a primetime interview with José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, President of the Spanish Government. The new studio is spread over an area of 1,200m2 and is equipped with groundbreaking technological resources including a production system unprecedented in Spain.
