Initially unveiled at 2010 trade shows such as CES and InfoComm, the new products are currently shipping. The mix of products include a selection of audio/video matrixes, switchers, splitters and extenders, which are small in size, easily transported and can be wall-mounted. All products support audio/video systems using HDMI v1.4a connectivity including 3DTV pass-through, and are equipped with a locking HDMI connector to eliminate cable disconnects in the field.

“TV2 are operating in two parts at this World Cup,” explained Henrik “Bob” Fre­deriksen, Production Executive for TV2, “one team of three to four people are working with the match feeds and the FIFA MAX footage to send back home. The remaining 17 members of the team are purely concentrated on the Danish team.” This second part includes an ENG crew dedicated to following the team’s training sessions, as well as an OB van at the Danish matches.

Canada's Pete McLeod took a remarkable third place on the turn-filled track on the Hudson River, between the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyscrapers. Americans Kirby Chambliss and Michael Goulian were in strong position for Sunday in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
