The European Broadcasting Union (EBU)* and the International Biathlon Union (IBU) have reached an agreement to prolong their cooperation for the worldwide media rights. The agreement covers the four (4), upcoming seasons (2010–2014) of the IBU Biathlon World Cups, the IBU World Championships, as well as other events.

SGT in cooperation with BFE, announced that the Swiss TV network TSR (Télévision Suisse Romande) has chosen the VEDA™ platform for its new playout automation system.
