Godox AD300ProII - The new generation of compact outdoor flashes

Transcontinenta GmbH, distributor for Godox in Germany, is pleased to introduce the Godox AD300ProII, an all-in-one outdoor flash for demanding on-location productions.

With a noticeable performance upgrade, the Godox AD300ProII is aimed at photographers who need maximum performance in a compact system when traveling, reporting, or shooting outdoor portraits. The focus is on quick readiness, precise control, and reliable radio integration in the Godox X-System.

Maximum performance in a compact outdoor format

The Godox AD300ProII delivers a flash output of 300 Ws and was specifically developed for endurance on-location productions. With a recycling time of 0.01 to 1.5 seconds at full power and around 350 flashes per battery charge at maximum output, the system enables a consistently smooth workflow. Long charging times and frequent battery changes are significantly reduced, leaving more time for the actual image design. Despite these performance data, the AD300ProII remains extremely mobile. Weighing approximately 1.2 kg and featuring a compact housing, the flash is easy to transport and quick to set up. It fits comfortably in a camera backpack and is ideal for outdoor portraits, editorial shoots, and flexible commercial productions.

Intuitive operation and efficient light control

Godox has designed the AD300ProII with a clear, practical operating structure. A bright color display, a high-quality metal control dial, and a clear button layout allow for quick adjustments directly on the device. Especially in multi-light applications, the visual group display with 16 different colors is impressive, allowing immediate identification of individual flash groups, even from a greater distance. This speeds up the setup of complex lighting setups and reduces false triggers in dynamic on-location applications.

Flexible connectivity and professional features

The AD300ProII is fully integrated into the Godox 2.4 GHz Wireless X System and offers a wireless range of up to approximately 100 meters, 32 channels, and ID control from 01 to 99. With the X3Pro and X3 transmitters, connection is particularly fast via One Tap Sync, without the need for time-consuming manual settings. In addition, compatibility with other X transmitters such as the XPro series, X2T, and X1 is maintained. For alternative workflows, a 3.5 mm sync connection and a USB-C connection are available, which also supports the optional FR433 433 MHz receiver.

An integrated 12 W bi-color modeling light with adjustable brightness from 10 to 100 percent and a color temperature from 2800 K to 6000 K supports precise light preview on set. With a color rendering index of CRI 97 and TLCI 98, it is suitable for both photo shoots and hybrid productions. The equipment is complemented by functions such as photocells S1 and S2, mask function, delay settings from 0.01 to 30 seconds, acoustic signals, and a clear battery status display. The 14.4 V, 2600 mAh, 37.44 Wh lithium battery ensures a reliable power supply for professional use.
