Darmah uses disguise in TV Azteca’s coverage of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics

Miami-based creative studio, Darmah, broke boundaries during the 2020 Summer Olympic Games, when it went live with a full extended reality (xR) broadcast running a 4K workflow for TV Azteca Sports. The production, delivered by Darmah's full turnkey dXR Stage, was powered by two disguise vx 4 media servers and six rx II render nodes, running for 18 days for a total of 170 hours of live xR transmission.

Yamaha RIVAGE PM Consoles Mix Audi Q4 e-tron Digital World Premiere

Recently Audi revealed its new all-electric Q4 e-tron and Q4 Sportback e-tron vehicles in what the company called a ‘digital world premiere’. It was a complex production, with a total of 45 live streams, each one in three languages, routed to media in 28 different countries. The audio mixing for this high profile launch was entrusted to Yamaha RIVAGE PM digital mixing systems.

Cinevideo 4K 12G OB Van uses Lawo VSM for overall broadcast control projected by Italian system integrator ARET

Cinevideo’s newest OB van, a 20-camera 4K OB Van, based on 12G SDI technology, uses Lawo’s VSM Broadcast Control System for overall management and operation in combination with a set of software and hardware panels as well as several GPIO units. Project management, installation and commissioning was carried out by ARET Video and Audio Engineering, who for years has been a trusted system integrator for Cinevideo projects, a serial user of VSM broadcast control.

Elation broadcast lighting for Imagen Televisión Olympic Games studio

Much of the world tuned in July 23 to August 8 to watch The Games of the XXXII Olympiad play out in Tokyo, Japan.
