Thai TV5, one of Thailand's longest established free-to-air television broadcasters, has chosen a PlayBox Neo playout system to replace legacy equipment at its studio headquarters in Bangkok. The project was supervised by PlayBox Neo partner PS & Sons (Thailand) Co Ltd, based in the same city, and includes fully integrated eMAM.
 

Ikegami Electronics (Europe) will demonstrate the latest additions to its range of broadcast production equipment at IBC2022, RAI Amsterdam, September 9th-12th. RTL wants to set new standards with a forward-looking news studio. After the extensive studio relaunch in the broadcasting center in Cologne, the four formats "RTL Aktuell", "RTL Nachtjournal" as well as "Punkt 6/7/8" and "Punkt 12" are to be broadcast from a joint studio. Instead of virtual green screens, there are now 144 square meter high-resolution video walls.
