When Canadian alt-rock heroes The Tragically Hip put together a 2015 North American tour supporting the deluxe reissue of their 1992 studio classic, Fully Completely, the band’s longtime audio provider, Solotech, made the decision to carry an audio system based entirely on L-Acoustics’ K2 line array system.

While the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) attracted lots of press for its outrageous performances, the show made headlines among professionals for its creative staging, too. The show was controlled by grandMA2 full-size consoles at Barclays Center, Brooklyn where artist and designer KAWS reimagined the VMA’s iconic moonman statuette.

OneRepublic’s headlining “Native Tour” wraps in the UK after spending last year circling the globe. The tour was programmed and operated from a grandMA2 light platform. The American pop rock band toured Europe, North America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand last year in support of its third studio album, “Native.” OneRepublic’s tour has continued in 2014 with more dates in Europe and the UK.
