3D Content Comes to Life in NAB Show's Content Theater
The NAB Show, the annual conference and expo for professionals who create, manage and distribute entertainment across all platforms, has announced two Content Theater sessions featuring behind-the-scenes details on the advancements in 3D entertainment from the filmmakers of Disney's "Alice in Wonderland" and executives from ESPN's upcoming stereoscopic 3D network. SES ASTRA further extends its Reach in Europe
SES ASTRA, an SES company (Euronext Paris and Luxembourg Stock Exchange: SESG), announced today that it has again significantly increased its reach and grown the number of digital and High Definition TV households on the ASTRA satellite system. SES ASTRA is now broadcasting to 125 million TV homes across Europe and North Africa, three million more than the year before. For the first time, satellite reaches more households than cable in Europe, with 77 million satellite and 71 million cable households. Terrestrial infrastructures reach 86.5 million households; however, not even half of them (48 percent) are digital.

Dutch Media Hub to attend NAB
Dutch Media Hub, Holland’s initiative to become the ‘Digital Gateway to Europe’ will present itself to the international electronic media industry at the NAB Show in Las Vegas this April.
